Pre-vetted Android engineers working in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and the modern Jetpack stack — and comfortable in the Java codebases most real apps still contain. We build new apps, rescue inherited ones, and ship through your own Play Console rather than ours. Pair an Android developer with iOS for both platforms, back them with a Laravel API, or see the full mobile app development service. International clients usually engage through the India outsourcing program — see country pages for USA and UK.
Transparent hourly rates, no hidden fees
New apps, rescues, migrations and releases — the whole Android lifecycle.
Kotlin + Jetpack Compose apps built from scratch, with MVVM architecture, offline support and a release pipeline from day one.
Module-by-module migration of legacy Java apps, keeping the app shippable throughout instead of freezing features for a rewrite.
Inheriting an app from a previous team — code review, documentation, stabilisation, then features. Common and entirely workable.
Signing, Play Console tracks, staged rollouts, store listing, data safety form and policy compliance — in your account, with your keys.
Room database, sync strategies and conflict handling for field teams, delivery apps and anything used on patchy networks.
Firebase Cloud Messaging, WorkManager jobs, foreground services, alarms and battery-aware scheduling that survives OEM restrictions.
Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, UPI intent flows, Google Play Billing for subscriptions, plus maps, camera and biometric APIs.
Startup time, jank, memory leaks, ANRs and crash triage with Android Studio profilers, Crashlytics and Play vitals.
Adaptive layouts for tablets and foldables, and Wear OS companion apps where your product needs them.
Language, UI toolkit, architecture, testing and release — all of it.
Kotlin (Coroutines, Flow, serialization), Java 8-17 for legacy code, Kotlin Multiplatform where sharing logic with iOS makes sense.
Jetpack Compose, Material 3, XML layouts and View system, ConstraintLayout, adaptive layouts for tablets and foldables.
ViewModel, Room, Navigation, WorkManager, DataStore, Paging 3, CameraX, Lifecycle components.
Retrofit, OkHttp, Ktor client, Moshi and Gson, Hilt and Dagger, Koin.
Room with SQLite, DataStore preferences, Firebase Realtime Database and Firestore, offline sync and conflict resolution.
JUnit, MockK, Turbine, Espresso, Compose UI testing, Robolectric, Firebase Test Lab.
Gradle with Kotlin DSL, version catalogs, build flavours, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane for automated releases.
Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance Monitoring, Play Console vitals and ANR tracking.
We sell native Android developers. We would still rather you bought the right thing.
For a lot of business apps, cross-platform is the cheaper, honest answer — one codebase instead of two teams. Tell us what the app does and we will say which way we would build it, including when that means selling you less.
From your inquiry to your developer’s first commit — typically 48 hours.
Tell us what the app does, whether it exists already, your backend, and your Play Store situation.
Within 24 hours, 2-3 pre-vetted Android developer profiles with published apps you can download.
Video interview the developers. Optional paid 1-week trial on a real ticket.
Sign NDA + MSA with IP transfer. Developer starts within 48 hours. Daily stand-ups begin.
Kotlin vs Java, Compose, Play Store ownership, native vs cross-platform, taking over an existing app. Still have a question?
Ask on WhatsAppKotlin for all new work — it has been Google’s preferred Android language since 2019 and every current API and sample assumes it. We read and maintain Java happily, because most apps older than a few years still have Java in them, and we handle incremental Kotlin migration module by module rather than as a rewrite.
Compose for new screens and new apps. For an existing XML codebase we introduce Compose gradually through interoperability views, so you get the newer toolkit on the screens you are actively changing without a risky full migration. If your app must support very old devices or has heavy custom view logic, we will tell you when staying on XML is the cheaper answer.
Yes. We handle the release pipeline — signing configuration, Play Console setup, internal and closed testing tracks, staged rollouts, store listing assets and the data safety form. The account stays in your name and you keep ownership of the signing keys; we work inside it as a developer, which is the arrangement you should insist on with any vendor.
Mid-level (4-6 years) is $18/hour, senior (6-10 years) $22/hour, and lead $28/hour. Full-time is 160 hours a month, so roughly $2,880, $3,520 and $4,480 respectively. That includes daily stand-ups, your sprint process and your repository — not a separate black-box team.
Build native when the app depends on platform features, performance or hardware — camera pipelines, background services, Bluetooth, large offline datasets, complex animations. Use cross-platform when the app is mostly screens over an API and you need both platforms from one budget. For many business apps cross-platform is the honest answer, and we will say so; see our React Native and Flutter options rather than paying for two native teams you do not need.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a code and architecture review, document what we find, agree what is worth fixing versus leaving alone, and only then start feature work. Expect the first two weeks to look slower than a fresh build — inheriting a codebase without understanding it is how teams create outages in month three.
MVVM with the Jetpack stack as the default: ViewModel, Room for local storage, Navigation, WorkManager for background jobs, Hilt for dependency injection, Retrofit and OkHttp for networking, and Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for async work. Clean Architecture layering on larger apps. We follow your existing conventions when joining an established codebase.
Yes — unit tests with JUnit and MockK, UI tests with Espresso or Compose testing, and CI runs on GitHub Actions or Bitrise so tests execute on every pull request. On a legacy app with no tests we add them around the code we touch rather than pausing feature work for a coverage project that never finishes.
Yes, and in India and many emerging markets it matters more than teams expect. We target a minSdk that matches your actual user base from Play Console data rather than guessing, test on low-RAM devices, and keep APK or AAB size down with App Bundles, resource shrinking and vector assets.
You do, completely. We sign an NDA and an IP assignment with full transfer of source code, assets and signing keys. The Play Console account should be registered to your company with us added as users — never the other way round. If any vendor holds your store account or signing keys, that is a red flag worth acting on.
