By engaging E-Cybertech Solution for any service — website design, software development, hosting, SEO, or otherwise — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
E-Cybertech Solution provides IT services including website design and development, mobile app development, school/hotel management software, SEO, graphic design, web hosting, and domain registration. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payment is typically structured as 50% advance and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of project cancellation by E-Cybertech Solution.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client response may affect project timelines without liability to E-Cybertech Solution.
Upon full payment, all custom work created for the client becomes their property. E-Cybertech Solution retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
E-Cybertech Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
